Delivery Timelines

All subscriptions are monthly. Services are delivered online and completed within 28 days of booking. Customers may renew for the following month as a separate service period.

🧑🏻‍💻Services commence within 1–3 business days after ordering,

🧑🏻‍💻Full access to the package/service is provided within 28 days.

🧑🏻‍💻 The subscription is valid for one month (28 days).

The customer can renew it manually or set up automatic renewal.

This means that each month is a separate contract and a separate service period, no longer than 28 days.

At MSA Company, we strive to deliver high-quality IT consulting and digital services.
However, if you are not satisfied or need to request a refund, please follow the procedure below.

1. How to Request a Refund

  • A refund request must be submitted via our website contact form or by email to iihresfotlusum@gmail.com

  • The request must include:

    • Full name and contact details

    • Invoice number and payment confirmation

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Copies of receipts or proof of payment (screenshots, bank confirmation, etc.)

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for payments made directly to MSA Company.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the payment date.

  • If the service has already been started or delivered, refunds may only be granted partially, depending on the amount of work completed.

  • Services that are fully delivered and accepted by the client are not eligible for a refund.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or external systems (e.g., Klarna, Revolut, Wise).

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The client failed to provide the necessary information or access required to complete the service.

  • The service was delivered in full and confirmed as accepted by the client.

  • Requests submitted after 14 calendar days from the payment date.

  • Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of service may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost).

  • For recurring contracts, 30 days’ notice is required to terminate the agreement.
