Delivery Timelines

All subscriptions are monthly. Services are delivered online and completed within 28 days of booking. Customers may renew for the following month as a separate service period.

🧑🏻‍💻Services (consulting, digital help) are provided online.

🧑🏻‍💻Services commence within 1–3 business days after ordering.

🧑🏻‍💻Full access to the package/service is provided within 28 days.

🧑🏻‍💻 The subscription is valid for one month (28 days).

The customer can renew it manually or set up automatic renewal.

This means that each month is a separate contract and a separate service period, no longer than 28 days.

By using our website and services, you agree to the following:

1. Services – We provide IT consulting, freelance digital help, and related services.

2. Payments – All invoices must be paid according to agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Liability – While we strive to provide the best service, MSA Company is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or downtime caused by third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property – All content, branding, and deliverables remain the property of MSA Company unless otherwise agreed.

5. Governing Law – These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – MSA Company

• Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of service may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost).

• For recurring contracts, 30 days’ notice is required to terminate the agreement.
