Refund & Cancellation Policy — MSA Company

Return within 14 days

All subscriptions are monthly. Services are delivered online and completed within 28 days of booking. Customers may renew for the following month as a separate service period.

  • 🧑🏻‍💻 Services (consulting, digital help) are provided online.
  • 🧑🏻‍💻 Services commence within 1–3 business days after ordering.
  • 🧑🏻‍💻 Full access to the package/service is provided within 28 days.
  • 🧑🏻‍💻 The subscription is valid for one month (28 days).

Each month is a separate contract and a separate service period.

1. How to Request a Refund

A refund request must be submitted via our website contact form or by email to iihresfotlusum@gmail.com.

  • Full name and contact details
  • Invoice number and payment confirmation
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of payment (screenshot, bank confirmation, etc.)

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for payments made directly to MSA Company.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the payment date.
  • If work has started, refunds may be partial.
  • Completed and accepted services are non-refundable.

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

MSA Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or third parties (Klarna, Revolut, Wise).

4. Exceptions

  • Client failed to provide required access or data.
  • Service was fully delivered and accepted.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be cancelled up to 48 hours before without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service start may be subject to a 50% fee.
  • Recurring contracts require 30 days’ notice to terminate.
