1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been initiated, configured, or delivered.
Once the project has started, all payments are considered non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If you cancel before the project kickoff, you are eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees.
3. Service Delivery
Once digital or consulting services are delivered, they are non-refundable as they cannot be “returned” like a physical product.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
