Refund Policy

At MSA Company, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our digital services. This Refund Policy describes the terms for refunds and cancellations of purchased services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been initiated, configured, or delivered. Once the project has started, all payments are considered non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If you cancel before the project kickoff, you are eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees.

3. Service Delivery
Once digital or consulting services are delivered, they are non-refundable as they cannot be “returned” like a physical product.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
