This Cancellation Policy describes how you can cancel services or projects ordered from MSA Company. We aim to ensure transparent and fair terms for all clients.

1. Service Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@msacompany.no. Requests received after project initiation may incur cancellation fees depending on the work completed.

2. Cancellation Before Project Start
If you cancel before the project begins, you are eligible for a full refund minus processing charges.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
Once the service or development has started, only a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.

4. Non-Cancellable Services
Certain digital consulting and software services are non-cancellable once delivery or configuration has started.

5. Refund Process
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
